• Hardware Installation

Even with the best hardware and software, the POS system needs to be installed correctly to maximise its potential. There are many considerations for example:


• Is it a wet environment for the POS system?
• Will the touch be desk or pole mounted?
• Is there adequate ventilation?
• Is there network connectivity available?
• Is there phone connections for the EFTPoS?

During our initial consultation we will discuss all the options available for optimal installation of the equipment & the entire POS system. We will look at how you serve your customers and the counter in order to maximise the space available. We have innovative methods of installing the equipment including pole mounts for the display(s), pole arms for the receipt printer and EFTPOS and under counter mounting brackets for the system cash drawer.
We leave no stone unturned and even take into consideration aspects such as power, aesthetics, practicality and ergonomics.

• Accounts Integration

making it easier to manage cash flow, pay wages, complete BAS, PAYG, etc.. We will help you and work with your accountant so the different POS systems operate seamlessly.


• Back Office IT

Back office IT - we do not just stop at the front of the counter, we look at the overall solution to maximise your investment. By having the right back office setup, you can run automated backups, pool resources, have remote access from anywhere and dedicate your Point of Sale terminals for sales to increase customer service.
We can also set up wireless devices so that you can get out onto the floor of your shop and serve customers better.

Stocktaking - stock takes are a necessary evil of retail. Instead of taking time out from growing your business and serving your customers, we can offer the following options:


• A full stocktaking offering using the latest technology. We will come and count your stock for you and give you either a report or a file that can be simply uploaded into your system.
